We understand how important it is that we meet your delivery expectations. That's why we focus on delivering high quality garden furniture with our courier

Before Placing your Order

Step 1 – Check Measurements

We always advise you to check the dimensions of each product in the ‘About this Product’ section of the product. Please do not hesitate to contact us for any additional information you may need.

Step 2 – Check the Location and the Path to the Location

Using the online measurements, check will the selected product fit in your desired location? Will you have to move any existing items etc. Will the boxed item fit through side gates etc? 

Ensure the location is accessible for our delivery drivers on the day of delivery. It is solely the responsibility of the customer to transport the goods over or through any obstacles.

Delivery takes up to 5-7 working days after payment has cleared. Deliveries are made Monday to Friday 8am to 6pm excluding public holidays.

We are only able to offer delivery to Main Land England, should you be in confusion as to whether we can supply please email us first (shop@merryharriers.co.uk) before placing your order.

Orders placed on the website will delivered direct from our suppliers.

Garden Furniture

You can expect your delivery to be made by two man delivery service,e deliveries normally take between 5-7 working days after payment has cleared. Deliveries are made Monday to Friday 8am to 6pm excluding public holidays.

We will contact you with a delivery tracking number where ever possible.

Slabs and Aggregates

Home delivery is carried out by a pallet delivery network, therefore your delivery will come on a pallet and be unloaded from the vehicle using a tail lift. Please make sure before ordering that you are able to receive your order via a large lorry, unloading of the item is to the kerb side only and must be on to a hard standing. Should we be unable to deliver due to above criteria not being fulfilled or should you refuse delivery a £50 charge per pallet would be incurred. If in doubt please contact before making your purchase and we will assist you in your order.
